I notice this information has been requested in past ... FOI No 4357209 , the response provided at that time was that the report was due to be published within 12 weeks so could not be provided , the 12 week period has now expired. This report should be published immediately.

Dear Customer Care Centre,

An analysis of your responses during 2013 , show that excluding automated service centre replies the average reponse time of your department for FOI requests is 6 days.

However the previous request for cooper report was not responded to promptly , the request for review was not responded to promptly , taking almost 60 days and it looks like this request for publication is not being responded to promptly , when the typical reponse time is 6 days it appears requests for publication of the cooper report are an exception to typical response times and looks like these requests are being delayed deliberately.

A previous response details that the publication has been deliberately withheld and the reasons for this , being time for deliberation before publication. Somewhere between 6-9 months has been allowed for deliberation and further delays on this basis is not acceptable.

Having continually withheld this publically funded report it is now very much in the public interest to publish immediately , without further delays.

I am writing to request an internal review of Glasgow City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Cooper report In reference to Taxi Fares In Glasgow'.

I am dissatisfied with the response as i beleive there is no basis in law to withhold this report from the public and beleive the authority is actively delaying publishing by slow response to FOI requests.
