Thank you for your enquiry, which has been forwarded to the appropriate
officers for a response. The usual timescale for a response is twenty
working days, that is by or on 27.06.17.

 

If for any reason the Council needs to extend this timescale you will be
notified in accordance with the relevant legislation.

principle that FoI and EIR requests to West Sussex County Council and the

I refer to your request dated 30^th May 2017 which has been dealt with
under the EIR

 

You request related to Cooling Towers.

 

We have now completed a search for the information which you requested and
I am now able to respond to you with the following:

 

I can confirm that the County Council does not operate any evaporative
condensers as part of any building cooling heat rejection system. 
Although the County Council has various building cooling systems these are
all air condensers and consequently not subject to the formal registration
and legionella hygiene management regimes that accompanies any ‘wet’
system.

 

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
