Converting an online UC claim to a telephone claim

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Converting an online UC claim to a telephone claim'.

The guidance provided details of situations where a non digital claim for UC is to be considered and the support provisions in place, but does not address the Departments policy with regard to converting a digital claim to a non digital claim where this is required.

I have been given to understand that this can only take place within one month of the claim being made.
