Dear Affinity Sutton,

Since housing associations have been re-classified as public bodies by the Office of National Statistics, we are writing to make the following information request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

How many of the 123 social rented homes provided as part of the Canada Water regeneration sites A&B (Planning application ref: 09/AP/1870) have since been converted to affordable rent?

To be clear, we are asking how many of these 123 units originally designated as social rented accommodation (i.e. rents governed by the National Rent Regime) are now being let under the new 'affordable rented' tenure (i.e. rents determined as a % of market rent)?

We look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Jerry Flynn
