Controlling COPD

Public Health England did not have the information requested.

Dear Public Health England,

In 2016 I asked my local Healthwatch organisation what action is being taken with regard to controlling the incidence of COPD generated in users of our busier roads and/or in those living/working next to such sections of our road network. I was advised that the issue was not currently on the Healthwatch work programme.

In view of the above, what action is being taken with regard to controlling the incidence of COPD in those places described above ?

If none is being taken, when will some action be taken ?

Yours faithfully,

Gerald Rigler
