I can confirm that we hold this information. The information is exempt
under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), because the
information is accessible to you, as it is already in the public domain. 
Funding for the refugee migrant centre from the community initiatives
budget was reduced from £40k to nil with effect from 2014/15.  Please see
the link below.
