Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

In 2009 the courts used Marston Bailiff company to collect fine's etc. My request is as follows.

1) I would like the contract details between The courts and The Bailiff companies hired in 2009 onwards under the FOI act, please.

2) Also confirmation that The Bailiffs need to be certified under contract to enforce warrants for the courts in 2009 onwards.

Yours faithfully,

Jamie Bennett-Smith

Dear Morris-hajar, Yarvoh,

I believe that.

1)Bailiffs are required by law to be certified to be able to enforce warrants for TAX, and also non payment of court fines is this correct?
2)Is this law ignored by the contract from 2009 onwards?

Yours sincerely,

Jamie Bennett-Smith

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service's handling of my FOI request 'Contracts for Bailiff companies'.

Different requirements are needed for different warrants. Tax and non payment of fines require a bailiff to be certified to enforce. So I require the Bailiff contract that relates to this fact.

The links provided don't exist. Please provide full contract details, it is public interest to find out if the bailiffs are allowed to brake the law under contract for assault sec 47 and fraud. Also if they are allowed to act without live warrant. Would be contained within the contract. PUBLIC INTEREST.

Or please provide valid link to this contract as requested. I am in the process of bringing criminal prosecution against Oldham Magistrates court, and the full contract is required.

I am pursuing court action against the courts. I require the CONTRACT between the courts and the Marston bailiff company from 2009. As this proves without any doubt what is allowed under contract. If the companies involved have any problems with this, I suggest they don't break the law in future. It is of public interest, The courts have no say as they are PUBLIC, the bailiff company is also acting under public scrutiny due to contract with public body. I will demand in the courts if I need to, but I will also sue for failure to provide the info requested. A uncertified bailiff attended my property with non-live warrant and used violence sec 47, fraud.

I am demanding the contract. You are under legal obligation to provide this document. You can if you wish, post it to me RECORDED delivery.

Can you explain the reasons you refuse to provide the contract. It is public right to know. This is a complaint about your efforts to deny me this info.
So I can now get ICO involved, all the replies will be used in court to prove how corrupt your organisation is.
I am not asking, I am demanding the contract. From a public body the courts, and bailiffs have no protection as this is a contract with a public body and not a private body. What are you afraid of..?
