Dear Mr Taylor

Thank you for your email. We will take this forward as an internal review and aim to complete this within 20 working days. For the sake of clarity, were you seeking the entire contract or specific elements within it?

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

I am writing to respond to your request for me to clarify my request of the 4th of October 2017 for: "the current, and proposed future, arrangements for the provision of: "Accommodation Based Supported Living Service for People with Moderate to Severe Mental Health Needs in Cambridgeshire"."

I do not want, at this stage, to restrict my request to specific elements of the arrangements.

A request to narrow down my request would be easier to respond to if accompanied by, for example, a list of documents comprising the arrangements, or an index / list of headings from the contracts.

If you let me know, for example, there are hefty appendices containing details of employees for the purpose of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) regulations which would be time consuming to redact I would be happy to exclude those from my request.

Regards,

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

On the 26 August 2017 I requested the release of: 'the current, and proposed future, arrangements for the provision of: "Accommodation Based Supported Living Service for People with Moderate to Severe Mental Health Needs in Cambridgeshire"'.

On the 6th of November 2017 the council released the arrangements applying from the 21st of September 2017; the council has not yet released details of the arrangements which were current as of the date of the request.

Could the element of the request relating to the arrangements in-place at the time of the request please now also be addressed.

Regards,

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

Re: FOI request your ref: 8181

I am writing in relation to my Freedom of Information request: "Contracts for Accommodation Based Supported Living Service for People with Mental Health Needs".

The council responded on the 6th of November 2017 providing the current contract. Appendix B of the contract titled "Property Information" lists a number of addresses at which supported accommodation for people with mental health needs is provided. Some of the properties listed, from the outside, look like typical homes. My concern is that by releasing this information the fact those living in these premises have mental health needs could made known, effectively indirectly releasing individuals' sensitive personal, health, information.

I am aware the material was removed from public view on the WhatDoTheyKnow.com website on the same day it was released.

If the council agrees the information in question should not have been released could it please provide a replacement response, perhaps redacting the addresses of those properties containing four or fewer units?

Regards,
