Further to my unanswered email freedom of information request that I sent on 24 February 2023, I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act via What do they know.

Please supply me with the details of all Morecambe Town Council’s purchases over £25,000 for the 2022-2023 financial year. For each of these purchases can you please provide the following:

* A description of the goods or services being purchased
* The value of the goods or services and the relevant VAT due
* The type of procurement used, e.g. quotations or tender or framework etc
* The Contracts Finder notice
* The invitation to tender or request for quotations
* The prices tendered or quoted
* The number of suppliers sent the invitation to tender or request for quotations
* The number of suppliers that provided a tender or quotation
* Details of the reasoning for any decision to waive financial regulations
* Contract extensions or the intention to extend a contract

I would be grateful if you would supply this information in an electronic format such as a pdf or office document via email.
