Clarification received on 31/07/2018.

The service areas used in the general fund revenue account outturn (RO).

Please find attached our response to your above request.

Please note the following assumptions have been made so that this FOI
could be produced in the required timeframe:

 1. Any supplier where total annual spend <25k have been excluded.
However, please note there are figures on the spreadsheet < £25k where
spend relates to that specific RO category but the total annual spend
for that supplier exceeds £25k.
 1. The details listed on the above spreadsheet are those where the nature
and general description of that service description provided relate
to the specified RO Category that is held in our creditors system.
 1. Where there were more than 10 suppliers per RO category, only the top
10 have been provided.

Please note the above is based on payments made in 2016/17 so as well as
for the reasons above it won’t match the totals on our RO submission to
total government as they are completed on an accruals basis and there may
have been journal transfers of spend between RO category and this isn’t
picked up by the report as this would take an incredibly long time to
unpick.  Therefore the payments included in each category are the payments
originally coded to each of the RO areas when the invoice was registered.
