I would like to know about the provisions you have in place to support
young people. Could you please provide me with the following information:

NCCIS

Does the local authority produce and submit their own NCCIS return to the
Department for Education? No

If yes:

Which software supplier do you use?

When is the contract due to end?

How much does the local authority spend on annual maintenance for the
solution?

What it the contract length?

What is the total contract value?

How many software releases are you provided with per annum?

Are you on the current release?

Do you use third party providers to contact and track young people, if
yes, which one?

If no:

Who is the production of the return sub-contracted to?

When is the sub-contract due to end or be reviewed?

Which software supplier do you use? CACI

When is the contract due to end? It is on a rolling annual contract

How much does the local authority spend on annual maintenance for the
solution? 2023/24 annual cost £14,188, please note this can vary annually.

What it the contract length? Rolling contract

What is the total contract value? Unknown until contract ends as it is on
a rolling annual contract

Is your software solution compliant with the YJB’s statutory requirements?
Yes
