FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 – INFORMATION REQUEST
In accordance with s.50 of the Act, I have considered your request for
internal review and complaint against the lack of response to your
My decision is that your complaint is successful and the complaint is
upheld. I have explained my reason for this decision next.
I have investigated why you did not receive a response to your
request or complaint within the legislated timescale. Unfortunately,
whilst your request was logged on our FOI system, it was not passed
to the correct department for response. This was an oversight on our
part and is not in line with our process or the standards that we
strive to achieve and I apologise on behalf of the council. We are
currently undergoing a full review of our processes and undertaking
refresher training with staff and locally trained officers in each
department to address issues such as this.
I have now obtained the information requested is shown next.

I am informed that we do have a contract with Edufocus Limited for
the EVOLVE system. The contract is in the process of being renewed
and will be in place from 01/07/2013.
If you are not happy with the outcome of the review, you have the right to
