• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract, from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of contract?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your request for information about the contract for an
integrated advocacy hub. Your request was received by the Information
Rights Team on 14 July 2022. This is being dealt with under the terms of
the appropriate Information Rights legislation.

· 95% of referrals were allocated within two (2) working days of
the referral for advocacy being received
· 95% of the people were able to see an Advocate within the agreed
timescales
· At least two awareness raising session per quarter, in relevant
settings, such as hospitals and care homes and adult social care teams.
· At least one awareness raising session per quarter to community
or voluntary groups.
