Dear Mr Reynolds,

The Trust can confirm that the information requested is not held on one
central electronic system; in order to retrieve the information it would
be necessary to cross-reference and extract details across a number of
systems and sources.  It is estimated that to undertake the work necessary
to provide the information requested would take in excess of the
appropriate limit set under the Freedom of Information Act.  The
appropriate limit of £450 represents the estimated cost of one person

information, and locating, retrieving and extracting the information.
Consequently, the Trust is not obliged by the Freedom of Information Act
2000 to retrieve the above information (see section 12(1)).

The Freedom of Information Act states that where a reasonable estimate has
been made that the appropriate limit would be exceeded, there is no
requirement for a public authority to undertake work up to the limit
(please see ICO guidance document: Detailed Specialist Guide ‘Using the
Fees Regulations’: Freedom of Information Act documentation - ICO).  As
such the Trust is not obliged by the Freedom of Information Act to
retrieve any of the information requested in questions 1 to 56 (see
