Contract end date for Phone and Pay Parking service

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Liverpool City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Can you please provide the start date of the contract for the Phone and Pay parking service currently being used across all Liverpool Council parking locations.

Please also provide details of the exact date when the contract is due to expire. If the contract has already expired can the Council please provide a date when they will be issuing a tender for the service.

We would at this time advise that Liverpool City Council in common with
other public authorities is presently dealing with, responding to and
affected by the current public health emergency arising from Coronavirus.

When we have sufficient personnel to be able to deal with, and respond to,
