Contract Award for CHDA for for Health and Disability Assessments

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I am writing to request information regarding the bid submitted and awarded to Centre for Health and Disability Assessments.

I would like to know if in the tender or bid submitted and subsequent award of the contract was based on specific number of job and any of these were ring-fenced as a re-requite in winning this contract.

If it was the case the case that a requirement to ring-fence certain jobs, I would like to understand the role and level of these jobs and why the department applied a requirement in the award of the contract.

Yours faithfully,

C Miah
