Contract and Specifications for services delivered by Biffa

Please could the following information be provided for the current Waste and Recycling Collection and Street Cleansing Services by Biffa running through to 2024:
- Copies of the Contract Specification (referred to as the Output Specification in the signed Contract) including any appendices and/or schedules
- Copies of the Service Delivery Plan provided by Biffa in response to the above Specification
