Dear Inverclyde Council,

Having recently lost a parking appeal a man or woman working for the legal fiction Inverclyde council unlawfully sent my personnel details to a third party interloper based in Northampton, England. Inverclyde may claim they sent my personnel details legally but it was certainly unlawful as they did not obtain my consent.
To send those details to the INDEPENDENT CIVIL ENFORCEMENT SOLUTIONS company a contract must exist between the two companies ( inverclyde is registered as a business at companies house).
I would like to see the contract that must exist between ICES and Inverclyde as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully, d allan.

Good Morning,

With regards to your Freedom of Information request made on 26^th February
regarding a contract between ICES and Inverclyde Council, I firstly must
apologise for the delay in issuing a response, this has been due to the

prioritising provision of services for the community.

I am pleased, however to confirm that the attached Contract Award Notice
published on Public Contracts Scotland

exists between Inverclyde Council and Imperial Civil Enforcement
Solutions. A copy of the ITT and supporting documents are attached.

I note that you have raised a concern regarding how the Council has used
your personal data. Please contact [2][email address] if
