In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please may I request the following data.

I would like the following data for the calendar years between 2014 and 2018 (ie 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, in the form of a yearly breakdown.

My request relates to prescriptions for the contraceptive pill, and the link with depression or anxiety.

1. The number of women who were prescribed Cilest (2014-2018)
2. The number of women who were prescribed Yasmin (2014-2018)
3. The number of women who were prescribed Rigevidon (2014-2018)
4. The number of women who were prescribed Microgynon (2014-2018)
5. The number of women who were taking any contraceptive pill, who were prescribed anti-depressants (SSRIs) e.g Sertraline, Prozac, Cipramil (2014-2018)
6. The number of women who were taking any contraceptive pill, who were prescribed anti-anxiety medication e.g Xanax, Klonopin, Diazepam, Valium (2014-2018)

If it is not possible to complete all my requests in the time limit of 20 days or within the budget, please only focus on answering questions 4, 5 and 6. Or focus on any questions which you can supply information for.
