quality concerns

Carlton Court is registered on the London Health Purchased Team AQP
Framework for CHC in Nursing Homes. Being on the framework includes a
requirement to report on quality concerns and issues which are then
uploaded to the CarePulse web portal for CCG making placements to review.
This system provides an additional source of information about any embargo
the local commissioner may place on services HCCG Continuing Health Care

in January 2018. We are not aware of any embargo placed on the service at

Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing Care
November 2012 (Revised) during 2016,2017,2018.
