1. Who is currently providing the Continence Home Delivery
Contract?

2. How long is the contract and when is it due for renewal?

3. How much is the Home Delivery Contract worth?

3. How many community continence patients are there in the Trust?

4. How many own home and residential home are patients are there in
the Trust?

5. Where is the Continence Service based?

6. Which purchasing framework do you work with?

7. Please can you give me the details of the department in charge
of procurement for the Home Delivery Continence Contract?

Delivery. Your request was received on 12^th August 2016 and we are
dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

 

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) came into being on 1st
April 2006 and assumed responsibility for the services provided by both
the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Hospital NHS Trust
(NCH).

 

In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the case I will
let you know. A fees notice will be issued to you, and you will be
required to pay before I will proceed to deal with your request.

 

You will receive the information requested within 20 working days allowed
under the Act unless the Trust does not hold the information or there is a
reason for it to be withheld. I will write to you in any event.
