6. Which purchasing framework do you work with?
7. Please can you give me the details of the department in charge
of procurement for the Home Delivery Continence Contract?

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) came into being on 1st
April 2006 and assumed responsibility for the services provided by both
the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Hospital NHS Trust
(NCH).
In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the case I will
let you know. A fees notice will be issued to you, and you will be
required to pay before I will proceed to deal with your request.
You will receive the information requested within 20 working days allowed
under the Act unless the Trust does not hold the information or there is a
