Thank you for your request for information of 1st August 2016, apologies for the delay. In compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, our response is below.

1. Who is currently providing the Continence Home Delivery Contract?
Only deal with ISC/D and delivery wise we in UOPD use the delivery service of the product used with the patient for example a patient using coloplast would refer to charter health care and a patient using lofric I would refer to select delivery etc. etc.

2. How long is the contract and when is it due for renewal?
Not under a contact we use what the patients want an the GP pays for the script

3. How much is the Home Delivery Contract worth?
Free service

4. How many community continence patients are there in the Trust?
Information not collected electronically; would require patient paper notes search

5. How many own home and residential home are patients are there in the Trust?
Information not collected electronically; would require patient paper notes search

6. Where is the Continence Service based?
The community but we provide rooms for the continence service on a Thursday afternoon where they provide a service here at Southmead

7. Which purchasing framework do you work with?
Don’t pay for any of the continence services the continence advisors and ISC nurses provide an entirely free service

8. Please can you give me the details of the department in charge of procurement for the Home Delivery Continence Contract?
We use which ever company the patients decide upon, i.e. charter, select, peak medical, Hollister etc. etc.
