Thank you for your response to my previous enquiry of 8 June ('dates and the nature of the communication - e.g. phone, email, letter or meeting between representatives or staff of Starship Group and officers of the Planning Department between 16 March 2023 and 8 June 2023) - in relation to the Wallasey grazing land – APP/23/00471.)
As a result of the information you have provided, I would be grateful if you could provide a copy of the emails listed (albeit with any personal contact data or commercially sensitive information redacted), namely:

And a copy of any notes taken by the Senior Planning Officer from the site visit on 18 April 2023 when they were accompanied by a representative of Starship Group.

Further to your request of 2 August 2023, please see attached
correspondence between the Starship Group and Council planning officers in
relation to APP/23/00471, dated between 16 March 2023 and 8 June 2023.
No notes were taken during the site visit of 18 April 2023.

Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIRs) has been applied in
relation to the personal information of named individuals contained within
these exchanges.
