The request was successful.

We have been asked by the search provider to obtain written confirmation Environmental Health Department that you are aware of the past use of the above area and have not identified the study site or any surrounding sites as ‘contaminated land’ (as defined under Part2A of EPA 1990) or are not considering further action against the study site or any surrounding sites (either formally or informally) under this legislation. If the Local Authority are considering further action it would be prudent to establish the level of priority assigned to this site and the likely timescale of any potential investigation.

For ease of reference the potentially contaminative land uses of particular concern identified in the GroundSure Homebuyers report are:

• Garage adjacent to the suite circa 1950.

Can you please confirm:-

1. You are aware of the historic Land use of the area (Garage adjacent to the site circa 1950?
2. Are you considering any further action against the study site or any surrounding sites (either informally or formally) under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990?
3. If you are considering further action under this legislation, please establish the level of priority assigned to this site (category level and number within category) and likely timescale (ie, approximately how many sites do they investigate per annum).

Warning: This message has not yet been sent for an unknown reason.
