1. I am the buyer of the above property and have been informed by my Solicitors that their search has revealed a contaminated land risk which is in need of further assessment.

In relation to this, please could you answer the following questions.

1) Are you aware of any historic land use of the area (garage adjacent to the site between circa 1950 and 1969)?

2) Are you considering any further action against the study site or any surrounding sites under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990?

3) If you are considering further action, what is the level of priority assigned to this site and likely timescale?
