We are carrying out a study on the above mentioned site. The Ordnance Survey Map reference is: TQ 30216 05032.

We would be most grateful to know whether:

• You have any records of soil or groundwater contamination?

• Do you hold a register of contaminated sites, if so is the above site on it?

• Whether there are any records of “EPA 1990 authorised processes (Parts A or B)” in the immediate vicinity (closer than 500m)?

• Whether you hold any records of tanks on the site
