Contact Review

The request was refused by Independent Office for Police Conduct.

Dear Independent Police Complaints Commission,

You were meant to carry out a contact review in May 2016 in relation to my contact with you. You did not carry this review out and are now preventing me from questioning the casework handler who dealt with my appeal.

This is in breach of your duties as a commission.

What remedies are in place when a member of the public like me is blocked from discussing an appeal decision and prolonging that block by not carrying out your duties in accordance with legislation.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Ritchie

Dear Gemma Thomas,

That attachment worked and I have now read it. Why do you have to be so difficult when dealing with this matter?

I would now like to discuss the content of that response as there are a number of contradictions in there that need addressing.

The number you have provided in your response goes straight to answer machine however and your mobile is constantly off.

Yours sincerely,

Mark Ritchie
