Further to your request for information, made under the provisions of the
above Act, please see below our response.

Request:

 1. Please can you provide the name, contact and address details for each
children social service team and department - can I please have the
contact details for each social worker and the team they work on.
 2. Please can you provide the social work managers names per social work
team.
 3. All agencies currently supplying Council with agency social work
professionals

Response:

 1. Please find attached a copy of Lancashire County Council Structure
Chart. We are unable to provide names and contact details for each
individual Social Worker as this is personal information, disclosure
of which into the public domain would be against the legitimate
expectations of the individuals concerned and thus unfair and a breach
of the first data protection principle as set out at schedule 1 to the
data protection act 1998.

This information is therefore absolutely exempt under section 40 (2) of
the freedom of information act by virtue of section 40 (3) (a) (i).
