Good morning

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act, dated the 13th April 2016. This is to inform you that your request has been received and the Council is endeavouring to respond as promptly and fully as possible. Under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 we can confirm that Boston Borough Council does hold the information specified in your request.

Highways Maintenance is carried out on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council, who are the 'Client' as is Winter Maintenance.

Grounds Maintenance is carried out by the Borough Council DSO and will be for the foreseeable future. All Grounds services including grass cutting/tree maintenance/play area maintenance/flower shrub bed and hanging basket provision and cemetery, crematorium and open space maintenance is valued at c£460,000
