Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I am submitting this narrowed request following these refusals:

The DWP Permanent Secretary recently provided figures for case referrals to Advanced Customer Support Senior Leaders (ACSSLs - previously known as Senior Safeguarding Leaders) from external organisations between January-November 2021.

1. Please provide, for January 2022, figures for the number of case referrals (or, if not referred to as 'case referrals', figures for the process used to warn external organisations of a potential risk to an individual) from ACSSLs to external organisations
2. Please provide figures for the number of case referrals to ACSSLs from external organisations for January 2022

If it would only be possible to provide figures in response to one of these questions within the time/cost limit then please prioritise (1).
