Consultees for Jacob's Ladder BOAT no. 15 Traffic Regulation Order
Dear Derbyshire County Council,
DCC consulted with various interested parties regarding the Traffic Regulation Order recently made on Byway Open to All Traffic no. 11 (Jacob's Ladder at Stoney Middleton). In the documentation provided for the public it isn't clear whether the Freight Transport Association and the Road Haulage Association were consulted. Please advise whether these organisations were consulted, and if so provide a copy of the council's consultation requests to the FTA and the RHA, and a copy of their response if any.
Yours faithfully,
C Mitchell
Dear Derbyshire County Council,
Please note that my request relates to BOAT no. 15 as stated in the header, not BOAT no. 11 as written in the text of the request.
Yours faithfully,
C Mitchell
