Further to your request for information we confirm we do hold the information requested. Please see attached documents containing the information.
I apologise for the delay in responding, but I wished to get the most up-to-date information to you.
At the time of your request the Council as local planning authority had not responded to the non-statutory early consultation that had been undertaken by LLAL in the summer, however, a draft response had been prepared but had not at that time been sent out.
The response of the local planning authority, dated 12 October 2018, was sent to LLAL on the 16 October and I attach a copy of the letter for your information (the letter has been redacted to remove the officers signature.)
This information is being provided as a statutory obligation under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
