Consultation - parking scheme Area A

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please can you provide the following information with respect to the consultation carried out for the Residents Parking Scheme - Area A Extension.

A summary of all comments was presented in the officer's report to the Environment, Transport & Sustainability Committee meeting held on 26th November 2013 (Agenda Item 51).

A request to obtain complete copies of comments provided on the original questionnaire has already been agreed to be provided following an internal review conducted by Peter Bode, ICT Records Manager on 13 Feb 2014 (Ref: IA 57/13).

This request is in respect of the same data in the same format including the opportunity to redact any information which could identify an individual, but from all other sources other than the questionnaire. This to include, but not be limited to all emails, letters, online portal, and telephone comments which were received during the original consultation period.

The data should be complete copies of all individual comments made including the road in which the respondent lives and their voting preference (i.e. in favour of scheme, not in favour of scheme), where known.
