Your request 
The Report by Head of Transport to the Transport Decision Committee on 1st 
October 2009, regarding the Magdalen Road Area CPZ is available as a supporting 
document at https://mycouncil.oxfordshire.gov.uk/mgAi.aspx?ID=736 
 
Paragraph 25 of this report refers to the "Consultation Packs" sent to residents and 
others as part of the Formal Consultation Process. Please provide "background 
Document D", also mentioned in paragraph 25, or another example of one of these 
consultation packs. 
 
Our response 
 
Oxfordshire County Council does not hold this information. Having searched our 
records, we cannot find the information requested. This was a CPZ consultation pack 
over 15 years old which has been deleted.  
 
 
Internal Review 
 
If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response to your request, you may request 
an Internal Review. Requests for an Internal Review must be made in writing setting 
out the reasons why you are dissatisfied. Your request must be submitted within 40 
days from the date we issued our initial response. We are not obliged to accept
