Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding the above.

I have passed your details onto our Planning Liaison Team to obtain the
requested information. Unfortunately due to sickness absence the relevant
Officer has not been in the office to complete our response. He is back in
the office tomorrow, and I shall follow this up with him to get the

Please find attached a copy of our response to the Local Planning
Authority and Tesco.

This was the only document we had with regards to any correspondence
between the Environment Agency and Tesco Stores Ltd.
