Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Oxfordshire County Council's handling of my FOI request 'Consultation data results for "Walton Street ETRO"'.

Following the reply to this FOI to me, the reply attaching an "Annex" pdf appears to be incorrect data, and is an identical attachment as in a related FOI. The attached "Annex" relates to the *first* consultation for October 2019. Not the *second* consultation over November2019 to May2020 (I provided the correct weblink to both Council consultation pages in both my original FOI submissions).

Can you double-check and correctly provide the correct consultation data for *both* the:
- October 2019 first preliminary consultation on Walton Street
- November 2019 to May 2020 second ETRO closure consultation on Walton Street

May I have both sets of consultation data, in Excel and PDF formats (with GDPR redaction where necessary).
Can the team/department who hold this consultation data also clarify if any of the consultation responses within the data were submitted by County/City councillors - as public servants, councillors should not be 'hiding' behind GDPR when filling in consultations that affect the voting public/their constituents.
Many thanks,

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Maria Gonzales

Dear Ms Gonzales,

I refer to your request for an internal review below. However, the Council
did in fact send a follow up response to you as it realised that it had
not attached the appropriate PDF of the responses to the consultation
which was the particular subject of this request (i.e. the consultation
which closed on 29 May 2020).

I have attached this again for you reference and I unclear if you have
received this given that you have requested an IR due to incorrect
information being supplied. Please can you consider the attached and
confirm whether you still wish to proceed with your internal review as it
may be that the revised response sent shortly after the first will answer
your request in full.

The Council awaits to hear from you with regards to whether you wish to
proceed with your internal review, which of course you are within your
rights to do so.

Yours sincerely,

Claire Buller

Access & Disclosure Officer.
