I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy Services - AWARD:

The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

I am writing further to your email of 10 May 2021 where you requested the
following information:

 

Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy Services - AWARD:

 

The details we require are:

 

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages. 6 Suppliers in total
(Bespoke Electrical, RPS, JCP, Hartlepool Borough Council, DTA, Ian
Carswell).

 

• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date. £47k

 

• Start date & duration of framework. This information is within the link
you provided above. Contract start date was 01/06/2019.

 

• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension? Option for a further 2 years from
01/06/2022 to 31/05/2024

 

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed? No not until Jan 2022.

 

• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract? Darren Richards, Senior Head of Assets

 

 

You have the right to seek a review of this decision and a request should
be made to the Senior Head of Assets for this purpose. The request should
be in writing with the grounds for a review and sent to the Senior ead of

Reviews should be made within 40 working days of our response to your
request being issued.  Any requests for review received outside of the 40
working days will be refused.  Please note this is in line with the
Information Commissioner’s own working practices.

 

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may appeal
directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for a decision. 
Generally, The ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the
complaints procedure provided by Cleveland Fire Authority.  The ICO can be
