Consultant's Fees
Dear Sirs,
I understand the Council commissioned and have received a report from consultants into vehicle parking in Llangollen. Please advise:
1. Which Company were employed to carry out this exercise and what are their qualifications, expertise and experience in relation to town centre parking and traffic management?
2. What public consultations did the Company carry out and which user groups and community groups and bodies were consulted?
3. What fees are the consultants charging for this work(already paid by the Council and/or invoice by the consultants)?

1. When (date) and where(venue) did the Focus Group in Llangollen take place and how where people selected for this role?
2. How many Llangollen Independent Business owners were consulted and what were the views they expresses?
3. Why were Llangollen Town Council and the Chamber Trade and Tourism not consulted?
4. Is the £37,000 the final cost of employing the Consultants and what is the additional costs of the Council's Officers time in dealing with this exercise in commissioning the study, considering its recommendations and deciding upon its implementation?
