Freedom of Information Act Request 
 
Thank you for your request dated 6 September 2012, for information about the Liaison 
Psychiatry and Early Intervention teams.  Your request was received on 6 September 
2012, and will be processed using the Trust's procedures for the disclosure of 
information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000).  The Act gives a general right 
of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities.  The Act also 
sets out exemptions to that right and places certain obligations on public authorities.  In 
particular the Act gives the Trust 20 working days in which to respond to a request and 
ensures that we wil  provide you with advice and assistance throughout the process.
