I am writing to request an internal review of Medway Council's handling of my FOI request 'Consultancy Fees'.

Dear Medway Council

Thank you for your response but i feel that you are not giving me the response i and the public require. As the council uses public money it is held to account and it is within the right of the public to question how the money is spent and how much of it is spent.

Other local authorities have published figures for consultancy fees for individuals and companies.

Here are a few examples:

Here they are provided invoices for the work they have done.

So i am therefore requesting that can you please supply me with the invoices you have paid to Lee Prebble. Specifically in regards to Merryboys.

At what rate do Medway pay him hourly/daily/weekly/monthly or job by job basis. Can i have this data in the format of £per Hour, £ per day , £ per Week, £ per Month or £ by job at whichever rate you pay him.

As public money is used to pay him and all public money is held to account, any member of the public has the right to question local authorities in how they use the public’s money. So as a member of the public i am therefore requesting the information i have asked.
