Dear Mid Sussex District Council,

Please provide copies of correspondence between MSDC and any other concerning effectiveness and/or enforcement of the construction management plan for Bolnore Village phases four and five.

If, which I think is not the case, the discussions are commercial confidential please provide dates and parties to the correspondence and as much detail as is possible under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act.
