Dear Michael,

 

I refer to your request for information received on 24/02/2012.  Please
see the information below in response to your request: -

 

Under the Freedom Of Information Act could you furnish me with the cost of
creating the metal advertising structure within the roundabout at
Wandworth Bridge road and the annual income generated from this feature?

 

The construction costs for this structure were met by the tenant.  As a
consequence, Wandsworth Council does not hold this information. The only
income generated by this structure is in rent, which is currently £175,500
pa, though this is currently subject to a rent review.
