Dear Mr Trinder

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST FOI 2754

I refer to your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act.

You have asked for details of amendments that have been made to the
Council's Constitution from April 2007.

The majority of amendments to the Constitution are made at the Annual
meeting of the Council in May as part of its annual review. I have
attached the reports that have been submitted to the Council meetings in
May 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. These reports summarise the main changes
being proposed. I have also attached the minutes of the Council meetings
and a recommendation from the Employment Appeal Committee to alter the
Officer Employment Procedure Rules in 2008.

I have attached the published Constitution for these four years as a PDF
file so that you can compare the changes.

I trust that this covers the information you have requested. If you need
any further information please contact me.
