Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
As a claimant, who holds power of attorney and the right to refuse a procedure if I suspect the DWP are not acting in my best interests & are engaged in fraudulent activity?
WHOSE consent is needed in the case of a second medical opinion:I understand the WCA & attending any following assessment to be seeking to be a second medical opinion-WHO other than me has the right to consent to undergo ANY second opinion regarding MY MIND & MY BODY?
My mind & body are MINE:who at the DWP decides what medical advice or opinion I receive OR the quality of that advice?
I suspect the LIMA computer software to be Fraudulent-why do the DWP insist I expose myself OR consent be defrauded?
By whose authority am I subjected to any procedure that I suspect to be fraudulent that I suspect violates my rights as described in sections 2-4 of The Fraud Act 2006?
