Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust is committed to

Dear Philip Mansfield

We are writing to you regarding your Freedom of Information Request.

We want to apologise for the delay to your request. We know this is a
frustrating situation, which we want to assure you, the Information
Governance Team is working hard to rectify.

Due to an unprecedented situation, we are currently working through a very
significant backlog of requests. This means if you submit a request, you
may not receive a response in the permitted timeframe.

We have new members of staff who are firmly embedded in the team, and we
are working through the backlog of requests, prioritising them in date
order (so the earliest ones first).

Our team has begun contacting requestors in the backlog in date order to
establish if they

still want the records requested.

Your request made on 27/01/2023  has been identified as being part of our
backlog and we are writing to enquire if the information you requested is
still required?

If so, please could you confirm within three weeks that this is the case,
and the request is still required.

If we do not hear from you by 05/10/2023 we will assume you no longer
