Conflict of interest in Planning

The request was successful.

Dear Cheshire West and Chester Council,

Please could you inform me what involvement Mrs P Twigg in the planning department has in deciding planning applications for CWaC. I would be particularly keen to know her involvement with the current Planning application: 11/04261/OUT Residential development of up to 100 dwellings (outline application), Land rear of 3-9 Spring Hill, Tarporley, Cheshire. This information is requested as her husband, Mr M Twigg, is the driving force behind this application with the developers FLP. The planning officer has said this application should be approved, despite extremely strong objections from the Tarporley community and Tarporley Parish Council.

Yours faithfully,

Ms V Adshead
