Dear Sussex Police,

I am aware that Gary Foster is under investigation after a member of the public handed in items of lost property including a large amount of cash in early 2021.

I have not seen any press statement in regards to his posting on light duties or that money has gone missing from the office.

Firstly can you confirm?
Is Gary Foster under investigation?
Why has he been posted to the management suite upstairs whilst this is investigated and not suspended?
Is it correct that this has happened previously with this same member of staff?

Yours faithfully,

Sussex Police

Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.

Please Note:
