The details we require are:
• Who organises the House of Commons waste management service?
• Has confidential waste being procured via tender or framework or another means?
• If a framework, could you confirm the name of the framework please?
• Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)
• Start date & duration of contract
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the procurement officer responsible for this contract and could you provide their email address and phone number please?
Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract and could you provide their email address and phone number please?
• Who is the current supplier?
• If your current supplier is a Facilities Management/Waste/Cleaning Company, which sub-contractor services your organisation?

of Commons and its offices, which we have sought to answer below.
1. Who organises the House of Commons waste management service?
This information is held by the House of Commons. Our confidential waste
service is organised internally by our In-House Services and Estates team.
2. Has confidential waste being procured via tender or framework or
another means?
This information is held by the House of Commons. The confidential waste
management service is not contracted and is instead requested on an ad-hoc
basis when required.
3. If a framework, could you confirm the name of the framework please?
4. Actual contract values of each framework/contract (& any sub lots)
5. Start date & duration of contract
6. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if
so, the duration of the extension?
7. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)

No information is held by the House of Commons in relation to these parts
of your request. On the basis that this service is procured on an ad-hoc
basis, there is no relevant tender or framework, nor any contract value,
start date or duration.

requests. The current supplier of this service is Datashred/Restore. This
service is not supplied by a sub-contractor of theirs.
