Dear Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service's handling of my FOI request 'Confidential Report (item 6) Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority meeting' (your ref FOI/55/2018).

I am requesting an internal review of this request because the request has been refused, but Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service hasn't provided the information required by Freedom of Information Act 2000, s.17(1)(b) and s.17(1)(c) http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2000... .

Specifically Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service have not stated in its letter dated 1st May 2018 which exemption/s it considers applies to the disputed information and why that exemption applies.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

John Brace
