Dear Vanessa

Apologises for the lack of clarity in my request. The documents requested are (in their entirety) the condition surveys and/or reports undertaken on each of the current Suffolk Record Office properties – in Bury St. Edmunds (including the outstore/annex), Ipswich, and Lowestoft; stated as having been produced by Suffolk County Council Property Services in 2014 (as cited in the document 'Business Case for Delivery of Suffolk Research Centre, June 2015' – available here at Agenda Item 9, Appendix 1: https://committeeminutes.suffolk.gov.uk/...).

Yours sincerely

Wendy
